Admission Process
At PGB School, we are dedicated to transforming your passion for golf into a successful career in the industry. Our admissions process has been designed with your needs in mind—streamlined, transparent, and easy to follow from start to finish.
STEP 1 : Prepare your Application
Gather the essential documents:
- CV
- Cover Letter
- Highest Diploma (or last academic transcript)
Then complete the admission form.
STEP 2 : File Review
If your application file is complete, it will be forwarded to the selection committee.
Committee Meetings held on the first Tuesday of every month and runs from September to July
(excluding school holidays).
STEP 3 : Committee Decision
Accepted on file:
Your application is approved based on your submitted documents.
Accepted with interview:
- Depending on your file, a motivational interview may be requested, conducted by the admissions jury.
- Based on a personality test, the interview lasts between 25 and 45 minutes and is conducted by videoconference (upon invitation).
- The main goal is to understand your real motivations and identify your sporting and academic personality.
Not Selected:
Your file was not retained for the chosen program.
An alternative program recommendation will be provided.
STEP 4 : Final Admission & Enrollment
Receive your final admission decision along with detailed next steps for enrollment.

If your application is incomplete:
If your file is incomplete, you will receive an email with instructions to complete it.
You have 14 business days to submit your complete file. -
If your application is non-compliant:
If your file is complete but does not meet the eligibility criteria, you will be informed of the refusal.
In this case, you cannot reapply during the current year.
Admission Criteria
To join the PGB School, you must meet the following conditions:
- Post-baccalaureate Admissions: Hold a baccalaureate or have passed the equivalent secondary school exams.
- Post-bac+2 Admissions: Hold a BTS/DUT diploma or an equivalent bac+2 qualification.

- Objectives: The consistency between your sports project and your professional project will be assessed.
- Academic Level: Your academic results must demonstrate your ability to follow a demanding course of study.
- English Proficiency: A good level of English is required to follow the courses and thrive in an international environment.
